Your next meeting spot

The reservation process begins with the submission of the form below. Room reservations are first-come, first-served, and a room reservation is not guaranteed until you receive a confirmation from staff.

The person submitting the meeting room reservation request must be at least 18 years old and have an Elkhart Public Library resident card. We also honor Goshen Public Library resident cards.

Please make reservation requests at least 48 hours in advance to allow time for library staff to respond about availability and other details. Walk-in use is an option for non-cardholders if a room is not already booked.

Room Details

The meeting rooms at Cleveland honor educator Janice Dean and entrepreneur Dr. Franklin Miles. Each space can accommodate up to 4-5 people comfortably. You’ll have access to a table, chairs and screen with HDMI capability. You can request cords for the screen upon arrival. At this time, no eating is allowed in the library.
