Since the invention of the printing press, people have gotten together in groups to talk about what they’ve read. These groups are supported by the library, and if you have an idea for a new discussion, send us a note.

Readers Roundtable

Cleveland, 1:30 p.m. on the second Monday of each month. Come share your latest great read and hear about titles to add to your reading list. This is a casual group with no assigned reading. Contact Mary Ann Kempa for more information.

Books & Boots

Ox Bow County Park, 1 p.m. on the second Friday of the month. Miss Debbie from the Dunlap Branch and Miss Sarah, a naturalist with the Elkhart County Parks, lead this book discussion at Cottonwood Shelter at Ox Bow Park. Books and Boots is for the whole family but is specifically geared to ages 8-12. Dress for the weather.

Chapter Chasers

Osolo Branch, 5 p.m. on the second Wednesday of the month starting in May. Miss Jodi leads a tween and teen book discussion and activities. Geared for kids ages 9 and up.
